Vehicle Return
Rental vehicles must be returned to our rental station. If you have booked an airport transfer for drop-off, we will drive you to the airport after your rental vehicle has been cleared. Airport transfers are confirmed 30-60 minutes after arrival time and drop-off time is confirmed minimum 3 hours before departure time.
ARRIVAL TO TOURING CARS RENTAL STATION
As a Touring Cars motorhome rental guest, you are entitled to have a free pick-up and drop-off transfers between our rental station and the Keflavik airport, or nearby airport hotels. Keflavik International Airport (KEF) is only a short away from our rental station. The meeting point is located at Europcar desk in Terminal 1 at Arrivals Hall.
When arriving at the airport, you should go directly to our Europcar desk located in the arrivals hall, then, go to the priority line located on the right side from the desk where you can check yourself in. Then, we pick you up and drive you to our Keflavik rental station, where an orientation starts.
Upon making a Touring Car booking, we kindly ask you to provide your primary contact details such as your phone number and e-mail address as well as inform also your flight schedules to organize transfers smoothly and accordingly without any delays.
TRANSFERS, MEETING POINTS
Free of charge transfers from/to airport-based hotels as well as in the range of 8 km away from the rental station are included in your motorhome rental to assure the most comfortable way of traveling.
City transfer to Reykjavik is also available. Additional service is prearranged and available only with an additional fee.
Reykjavik Domestic Airport transfer: $325
Reykjavik city hotels: $325
