Customer vehicle storage is offered at some rental offices. If available and authorized, applicable storage charges apply.
Vehicle storage is at the customer’s own risk and a set of keys must be left with the El Monte RV rental staff.
Notification:
- Clients are required to complete the online check-in no less than 7 days prior to vehicle takeover. A link will be provided in your confirmation.
Same Day Flight Arrival
Clients may only collect the motorhome on the same day that their flight arrives if . . .
1) They call the rental office after arrival to arrange a vehicle pick-up time.
2) They arrive at rental station no less than 1 hour before station’s official closing time.
3) Clients are encouraged to complete the online check in no less than 7 days prior to vehicle take over
Please remember to take potential flight delays, customs, baggage claim and traffic into account before deciding to collect the motorhome on the same day that the flight arrives. Whether the flight is domestic or international, the requirements regarding Same Day Flight Arrival are the same.
Early Pick-up instructions:
Guaranteed #2: Schedule the pick-up date for the afternoon before the date of actual pick-up. This is only an option if the rental office is open on that date. The cost for this option would be one extra night of rental.Conditional: Cannot be Guaranteed
We will note "WISH: EARLY PICK-UP - CANNOT GUARANTEE" in the system.
The possibility of an Early Motorhome Pick-up Time will depend on staffing and vehicle readiness.
Clients must call the rental office between 9:00 am – 3:00 pm the day before the scheduled pick-up and arrange a vehicle pick-up time. Pick-up time appointments can only be arranged with the rental office directly and cannot be arranged more than 2 business days before pick-up date.
Transfers:
All transfer shuttle services are suspended for the 2024 Season (01 April 2024 – 31 March 2025).
