Pick Up Instructions:
Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.
Your vehicle must be collected from the depot so you can be briefed on how to use it and complete necessary documentation. The whole process takes approximately 45 minutes.

Simple terms: $5.00 per calendar day or free of charge for the length of your rental when Sure Thing excess reduction cover or Worry Free excess reduction cover is taken. Offer is only available to Lucky Rentals customers. Vehicle drop off and pick up is only available between Lucky Rentals hours operational hours of 9am and 4.30pm, if you require to pick up and drop off your vehicle outside of these hours you will need to find alternative options. A key must be left with Lucky Rentals during your hire. Lucky Rentals will not drive your car on the road however will move the vehicle onto the secure yard to park it for the length of your hire. Lucky Rentals Free Airport Transfer
A free transfer is available to or from the airport on the day of pick up and drop off of the vehicle, this service runs on the hour between 10am and 3pm only. Please note that the shuttle also serves Happy Campers.
Auckland Airport
PLEASE NOTE THE FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE ONLY OPERATES FROM THE TRANSPORT PICK-UP ZONE LOCATED AT THE INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL. IF YOU ARE ARRIVING ON A DOMESTIC FLIGHT MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL.
International Terminal: Lucky Rentals airport transfers are available from the Transport Pick-up Zone located at the international terminal.
To find the Transport Pick-up Zone, exit the international terminal via Door 8 located in the arrivals area and follow the covered walkway. There is clear signage to guide you to the Transport Pick-up Zone. The walk is approximately 5 minutes.
Domestic Terminal: We do not offer a transfer to or from the domestic terminal. You will need to use the free airport shuttle to transfer between terminals.
12 December - 30 April (Summer)
The shuttle is a schedule service that arrives on the hour between 10am and 3pm, per below:

Once you have collected your baggage and cleared through customs please call 0800 808 881 to arrange your collection.
Accommodation
We do not offer collection and drop off to/from your accommodation.
Drop Off
On drop off please allow an extra 45 minutes to process your drop off and get you to the airport, especially at peak traffic times.
