    * Vehicles can be collected at our rental stations between 08:30 AM and 3:00 PM

    * Shuttle Transfers are available until 1:00 PM. Please note that we do not allow departures on the same day when arriving on a flight where total flight time exceeds 6 hours (including connecting flights).

    * It is required that the clients stay at a hotel for the first night. Clients making their own way to the station are advised to inform the rental depot of their scheduled arrival time at least one business day in advance.

    * Return time is between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM, inspection ready.

    SHUTTLE TRANSFERS

    We offer transfers from and to selected hotels only. Find designated transfer hotels listed HERE:

    * Please note that we do not allow departures on the same day of arrival on an overseas flight. It is required that customers stay at a hotel for the first night. 

    *Customers making their own way to the rental location are encouraged to inform the rental station of their scheduled arrival time at least one business day in advance. Shuttle transfers are provided between 8:30 am and 1 pm.


    How to get to Fraserway's Calgary station:

    From West:

    Hwy 1 towards Calgary. After city limits approximately 5 km to Exit 177 for Stoney Trail (201) North. Stay on Stoney Trail for about 25 km and take Exit 60 for Hwy 2 Deerfoot Trail North (Edmonton). Take first Exit Airdrie, Exit 282 (after 10 km); turn right into Yankee Valley Blvd East. At the second light turn right into Kingsview Blvd and turn right again into Kingsview Way (approx. 1km). You will find Fraserway on the right hand side after 20 meter.

    From East:

    Hwy 1 towards Calgary. Take Exit 78 for Stoney Trail (North/West). After 18 km take Exit 60 for Hwy 2 Deerfoot Trail North (Edmonton). Take first Exit Airdrie, Exit 282, and turn into Yankee Valley Blvd East. At the second light, turn right into Kingsview Blvd and turn right again into Kingsview Way (approx. 1km).

    From South:

    Hwy 2 Deerfoot Trail North (Edmonton). Take first Exit Airdrie, Exit 282, and turn into Yankee Valley Blvd East. On the second light, turn right into Kingsview Blvd and turn right again into Kingsview Way (approx. 1km).

    From North:

    Hwy 2 Deerfoot Trail South towards Calgary. Take the last Exit Airdrie, Exit 282. Turn left into Yankee Valley Blvd East. Follow the road (underneath Hwy 2), turn right on the 3rd light into Kingsview Blvd and right again into Kingsview Way (approx. 1km).

    URGENT MATTERS - ON ROAD SUPPORT

    For rental customers: For any urgent matters, such as problems experienced with the rental vehicle while on the road, customers must contact our OnRoad Support Service (onroadsupport@fraserway.com) in order to receive fastest possible assistance.

    OnRoad Support hours are:
    April 15 - October 15, 2023
    Monday - Saturday 4:30 am - 9:00 pm PST
    Sundays and Holidays 9:00 am - 4:00 pm PST

    Time zone for above hours is of British Columbia and Yukon Territory.

    Outside these hours or when all our OnRoad Support Agents are serving other customers, the customer's case will be handled by an external call centre and assigned to our OnRoad Support team.

    Our Agents will then contact the customer as soon as possible during above-indicated business hours. For OnRoad Support Service outside of above-indicated dates, customers may contact their departure station.
