Pick up instruction
Before our driver and motorhome depart for the airport, a check will be made to confirm flight arrival is as scheduled. If the flight is delayed, our driver will not leave the depot until necessary.
Our driver will wait at the arrivals gate with a name placard for the customer.
Gatwick South Terminal, Southampton and Bournemouth.
The Motorhome will be parked in the short stay car park – a short walk from the arrivals gate. A full handover will be provided at the parking location.
Gatwick North Terminal
The Motorhome will be parked in the South Terminal short stay car park therefore the driver and customers will take the shuttle to the South Terminal plus there will be a short walk from the terminal to the car park. A full handover will be provided at the parking location.

Outside of these times, customers can be collected from the airports by taxi and transported to Chichester for the handover of the Motorhome. Our taxi service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
